We assembled this hand-made Bread/Cake Knife in our workshop in Detroit. The serrated edge is designed to make a clean cut through baked goods- be it Sanders Bumpy Cake or a loaf of Avalon Rye. The custom designed Damascus Steel blade holds a sharp edge and is beautiful to see. The Birdseye Maple handle is sourced from a forrest near Traverse City. Each knife is unique and will be something you are proud to use, show off and pass down to your offspring.
