We assembled this hand-made Slicing Knife in our workshop in Detroit. It is ideal for slicing small roasts or preparing chicken for the grill. The custom designed Damascus Steel blade holds a sharp edge and is beautiful to see. The Birdseye Maple handle is sourced from a forest near Traverse City. Each knife is unique and will be something you are proud to use, show off and pass down to your offspring.
